Accommodation description
A luxury, quiet 4*Star complex with stunning sea views. 2 mins from restaurants, shop etc. No car required. Our stylish and modern ground floor apartment is pool facing with terrace & garden. Patio furniture, umbrella, sun lounger & BBQ area. Modern villa is furnished to a high standard with three double beds and a fully fitted bathroom. Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes. Sitting room includes one pull out double bed and one sofa double bed. Communal swimming pool, separate toddler pool. The complex is very family orientated and children are well catered for in the Costa Teguise resport.
The modern kitchen includes a fridge, hob, microwave oven, iron, hairdryer & all kitchen utensils.
One main large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and WC. In main hall there is a vanity unit with two sinks and mirror.
Resort facilities include 7 shared pools, one heated, jacuzzi & a beachfront seawater lagoon. Gym, spa, tennis courts, onsite restaurants, bars, & children’s entertainment. Hacienda Restaurant available for evening dining. Mai Tai poolside bar & restaurant, breakfast, lunch or BBQ snack, cool drink. Bar and nightclub.
Resort is a fashionable and elegant place for the whole family to enjoy. It is a relaxing retreat where children can play in peace and adults enjoy a hassle free holiday.
This well presented, stylish, modern villa is in a superb location. Only 3 minutes walk to the lovely Las Cucharas beach and 2 minutes walk to the firsts of the resorts many shops, bars and restaurants, in addition a well stocked supermarket is within the same 2 minutes walk all within the complex.
There is a weekly maid service and a mid week mini clean and towel change with all linen and towels are included.
Free beach towels available from resort - €10 desposit, changed daily between 10am and 11am. When you are leaving the resort deposit is refunded. Cot/high chair available for hire from resort.
Welcome pack includes: tea, coffee, milk, water, biscuits.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Buffet breakfast daily from 8am until 10am.
Evening Dinner, buffet form, from 7pm until 10pm.
Take out pizza available any day from 6.30pm until 10pm.
Mai Tai Pool Bar and Restaurant - food and drink in a poolside setting
All day Breakfast available from 9am - 4pm.
Lunch is served available from 12pm - 4pm
BBQ available from 12pm - 6.30pm.
Local amenities include Las Cucharas beach only 5 minute walk with excellent facilities on beach front including sun loungers, local shops & restaurants. Golf course and Aquapark only 5 minutes drive away. Car hire available close by. Nearest town only 3 minminutes in a taxi. Aquapark only 5 minutes in a taxi. Golf Course only 5 minutes in a taxi.
Arrecife airport is 10km away from the resort. Transfer to the resort is approx 15 minutes drive. Flight to the capital Arrecife arrive most days of the week from main land UK. Most frequent flights are Thursday and Sunday from all major regional airports. Local taxi available at the airport and major car hire companies based in the airport.

“My husband, myself and two young childrens stayed in this apartment. Everything we needed at hand. Was a delightful holiday which i must say we all throughly enjoyed. Kids pool area and playground only minutes from the apartments to keep the kids occupied! The apartment was bright, spotless clean and very comfortable. About us
Family owned apartment. Married with two teenagers. Run a family business in Ireland and very hard working.
What we love about our property
Myself and my husband purchased the property in 2007 as an investment property and time permitted have a resting place for when we have the time to get away from work.
Love the area as it is nice and relaxed holiday resort. Great restaurants, bars and pool area at our apartment doorstep within the resort. Also some lovely scenic drives when you want to get away from the resort.
