Accommodation description
Apartment 902, Matagorda Bay, Calle Mato 17, Lanzarote.
Beautifully appointed one bedroomed top floor apartment with sea and mountain views. Private complex with childrens heated pool and large communal pool - solar heated, with spacious sunbathing areas. Laundrette on site. Cleaning service available on request.
Apartment comes with one double bed and a second pull out double bed in living room.
Apartment comes with TV including channels BBC 1, BBC 2, BBC 3, BBC 4, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 6, RTE1 and Network 2. DVD player with a collection of DVD's. A CD player with a collection of CD's and a wireless internet connection available in all parts of the apartment.
Owners have decorated to a high level putting in personal touches for our guests to enjoy. All mod cons included.
The owners, Billy and Saran Crosbie, are very interested in feedback and suggestions to make your stay more enjoyable.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.

“This apartment provides an excellent location for a quite get away in the sun. The apartment itself is much smaller than many other apartments which I have used in the greater Lanzarote area. However there is ampel room for just two adults and I would suggest you do not try to squeeze four in. One major flaw is the owner has many of their personal items packed away into the wardrobe, which limits space and there is no room to put away your suitcases. Also it should be noted that the bed is very low to the ground and takes a few nights to get comfortable as it does not have the best matress in the world. Everything else is as stated on the the website. The complex itself is peaceful and beautiful. The area would suit the maturer adult as it may prove almost oo quite for the younger adult.”
