Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa situated in a premium and sought after complex/location just 1 minute walk off the main street of Peurto del Carmen with it's vast choice of beaches, shops and restaurants.
Master bedroom with ensuite shower room has super kingsize bed which is convertible into singles when required. Extra bed can be added also. Second bedroom has 3 single beds. Both bedrooms have vanity table, chair and wardrobe. Main bathroom has WC, bidet, whb, bath with inset shower.
Fully equipped separate kitchen with hob, oven, micowave, fridge freezer, washing machine. Spacious lounge with comfortable suite, satelite TV, DVD, hi-fi system and dining area with dining table and chairs.
The 2 large patios have dining furniture with shading and BBQ.
As the villa is bungalow style and on the flat it is ideal for all especially couples, families and disabled persons.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
