A one minute walk to the ocean and coastal promenade and 2 minutes to the nearest supermarket you could not wish for a better location.

This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa nestled in tropical gardens has everything you could want for a great family holiday.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Also upstairs is bedrom 3 with a single bed and pull out for a 2nd person. Downstairs is a further twin bedroom and additional shower room.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and the washing machine is in the utility room.

Outside you will find a small patio area with dining table and chairs and from here a short hop away in the large communal pool to keep everyone happy for hours.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
