A newly built property. We own 3 of these delightful villas, 1 of 3 bedrooms (1 double with a king-size and 2 twin), and 2 of 4 bedrooms (1 double with a king-size and 3 twin). The villas are decorated in the same elegant style. The villas each stand within its own grounds. Each villa counts with its own private pool and car parking, same decoration and same furniture. The villas are located beside area of Los Mojones in Puerto Del Carmen. The villas are located on a street closed, a street which crosses the Juan Carlos I street.
This is a private dead end street and only serves our five villas. The villas are located are a quite area but very near to the facilities and services you'll need, the nearest supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away.

Every beautiful villa is modern and contemporary furnished, with many appealing features and is an ideal base located between the Old and New town of Puerto del Carmen with beaches, shops and restaurants all a leisurely drive or fairly easy walk away. Ideal for golfing holidays, 2 mins drive to nearest golf course.

Light, airy and stylish throughout, the villa is designed to maximize natural light. The white-washed villa occupies three storeys with a well planned ground floor sitting dining room fitted with high quality furniture and large patio doors opening to the pool terrace.

An excellent modern kitchen is also situated on the ground floor. While upstairs guests will find the two attractive bedrooms and a further bathroom with shower massage. In keeping with the rest of the house the remaining third bedroom is generously proportioned and is complemented by a bathroom, plus a pampering jacuzzi bathtub to complete the sense of luxury. Both bathrooms have full shower facilities as well as baths and the property has a 100 litre hot water tank, enough for all the family.

The property is a comfortable option for 6/8 guests.

Step outside to the terrace and there is plentiful space to sit in the sunshine and work on your tan around the fair sized pool. A furnished tiled terrace outside the living room provides a great spot to while away the hours and there is also a barbecue for conjuring up alfresco meals.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Good for making relaxed trips to Puerto del Carmen beaches.

The glorious beaches, is approximately 10 minutes by foot.

The villa is perfect for those times when you want to eat out and stock up on provisions.

The nearest supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away .

The shopping centre, Biosfera, is approximately 8 minutes by foot.

The old harbour, with its excellent selection of tapas bars and fish restaurants is only a 10 minute walk from the villa and is the departure point for many boat excursions around the island.

Ideally located for for golfing holidays, 2 mins drive to nearest golf course.

Good for exploring the rest of Lanzarote, including the volcanic National Park of Timanfaya and the wine growing region of La Geria.

Ideal the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero is only a 5 minute drive.

This beautiful, international marina is the location of a selection of excellent restaurants and the starting point for many popular excursions such as catamaran sailing, deep sea fishing and a submarine.
