This fantastic modern villa is located in Las Coloradas in the relaxing resort of Playa Blanca.
The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and enjoys many extras included in the price such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, Sky TV with sports and movies, Playstation 2 and a large fully heated pool complete with a built in bench for relaxing on.
This villa has been designed to be your perfect holiday home whether you are a couple looking for a romantic luxury getaway or a family looking for a fun vacation!

Children under the age of 2 when travelling stay free! To secure a booking a deposit of £200 is required, with the balance due 8 wks before departure, and a refundable £200 breakages deposit is also required.
Pool towels are included and a welcome pack of coffee,tea, milk etc will be waiting for you on arrival to get your holiday off to a great start!!
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
In the area there are a few restaurants and a sports bar and terrace bar serving snacks and home made ice creams...you can also use the spa facilities in the nearby 5 star hotel.
A 20 minute stroll along the lovely sea front walkway takes you to the new marina and a 15 minute walk leads you to the natural beaches of Papagayo.
