Accommodation description
First floor one bedroom apartment on the exclusive, newly renovated Matagorda Bay complex. The complex is situated just 5 minutes from the beach, shops and bars and features pools, wireless internet connection (available in all apartments), landscape gardening and grand reception.
This luxurious apartment boasts stunning sea views from the balcony, wireless internet connection, satellite TV with channels such as BBC1, BBC2, RTE1, RTE2, Ch 4, Ch 5 and Sky News.
All apartments are fully furnished to high standards, and include a microwave oven grill, electric hob, kettle, toaster, walk-in shower, sofa bed and flat screen TV.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.

“The resort of Matagorda is perfect for people looking for a nice relaxing time. Probably suited to people over 40 as the night life is along the coast at Puerto Del Carmen. The apartment complex was excellent and I would have given it 5 stars had the apartment been better equipped. It was spotlessly clean and a real sun trap all day. No noisy traffic anywhere and although you are under the flight path to the airport, you hardly notice the planes. I would highly recommend these apartments and this resort.”

“My husband and I stayed at Matagorda Bay for 1 week over New Year. The complex and apartment are immaculate, nicely furnished and well equiped. This was a very relaxing holiday in a quiet complex which we feel is well suited to couples. 5 minutes walk away from the Matagorda Commercial Centre which has a few pubs,restaurants, shops, hairdressers/beautician or alternatively the town of Puerto del carmen is a good 25 minute walk, 5-10 minutes in a taxi. We would recomend these apartments and would stay here again.”
