About the property
Casa Mila, set in the fishing Village of Punta Mujeres, is literally 50 metres from the sea with uninterrupted views of the Ocean. You can almost feel the sea mist on your face. Within walking distance you can benefit from traditional Spanish restaurants,natural sea water swimming pools within the rocks, wonderful walks and so much more.
Casa Mila has 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges one which doubles as a 4th bedroom if required with sofa bed TV and Play Station. A state of the art new apple wood kitchen complete with granite worktops. The living and dining areas both have magnificent views of the sea. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one double with kingsize bed and 2 further twin bedrooms. The view from all the bedrooms lifts the soul, and when you open the windows in the morning the sound of the sea is amazing! There are two further modern bathrooms upstairs.
The living area opens onto a large covered terrace, with a gas barbecue provided for al fresco eating. Beyond this are generous terraced areas and gin corner!, the free-form heated swimming pool and a six-person hot tub. The hot tub adds another dimension to your enjoyment; imagine relaxing under the stars, glass of wine in hand, whilst listening to the sound of the sea. Pure indulgence!
