About the property

A delightful 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a traditional Canarian house set in the village of Punta Mujeres.

There is a spacious modern open plan kitchen with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer & washing machine, with a dining and sitting area. Stairs take you up to a delightful roof top lounge with fabulous views of the sea containing a double sofa bed, relaxer chairs, Sky tv with basic channels, (you can however, bring your sky card and receive more channels), cd player and a video player. A door opens out to the vast roof top terrace where you will dining areas and sun loungers with panaromic views.

There are two double bedrooms, one containing a double bed and the other with two single beds. A spacious modern bathroom, with sink, toilet, full size bath and overhead shower. A cot, high chair and buggy is available on request.

To the ground floor there is a swimming pool, more dining areas and sun loungers. With tasteful planted areas all around the house, you can enjoy dining, chilling out or a simple glass of the local wine or two!

A complimentary welcome pack greets you on arrival consisting of, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bottle of wine, beers, fruit juice, bread, ham & cheese. To start off your holiday! Guests have commented that it is a "very comfortable and well equipped" family apartment.

There is also a 3 bedroom apartment and studio apartments available for rent (from only £150 per week for 2 people, the studios offer great value for money). Also an ideal extra guest room when booking the 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. We also offer the option of booking the whole house that can accommodate up to 20 people, ideal for weddings, anniversaries etc. Please enquire for further details.

Owner's Tips...

Sample the real Lanzarote! Punta Mujeres, district of Haria, next to Arrieta. A traditional unspoilt rustic fishing village away from mass tourism by the sea. Tapas bars, restaurants, mini markets, cafes are all in walking distance. The sea is just a 2 minute walk from the house.

The adjoining village of Arrieta has a lovely sandy beach and beach bar. Unique to the village are several sea pools right along the front, very safe for swimming. A two minute drive or short cycle away is the famous 'Jameos Del Agua' amazing volcanic caves with a natural lake, restaurant and auditorium. 5 minute drive away towards Orzola you will find beautiful white dunes leading to a fabulous lagoon with clear blue waters where you can walk out for miles, great for snorkelling! Inland, 5 minute drive is the town of Haria 'the Valley of a Thousand Palms'. You will find breathtaking views of the valley and traditional restaurants, cafes and a town square where fiestas are common place.

Costa Teguise is around a 15 minute car journey away.

We offer an airport transfer service, collection and taken back to the airport for 60 euros for up to six people.
