About the property

The open plan lounge has French doors leading out to a large balcony. It features all new furniture, a large wall mounted plasma TV with a good selection of English speaking channels which include films, comedy and music. There is a ceiling fan/light for those warm balmy days and a heater for the cooler nights. dining table and chairs.

New fitted kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, electric hob. toaster, kettle teapot and mugs (not tiny little cups) iron, ironing board and a washing machine. There is also a good selection of crockery, pans and glasses.

The main bedroom is spacious and has French doors leading out onto the balcony. There is a king size bed with reading lights and a ceiling fan/light, a large set of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with reading lights above, a ceiling fan/light and a bedside cabinet. Both of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with a lockable safe, a heater and a hairdryer.

The bathrooms have both been refitted with new walk in showers and completly re-tiled. Each of them has a large cabinet with a shaving socket and light, there are plenty of towels for your use. Beach towels are not provided.

The balcony is large and at one side there is a table, 4 chairs and a parasol. At the other side there are 2 sun loungers and a parasol.

The complex has a reception, 2 swimming pools with sun loungers and a poolside bar serving snacks and drinks. (This can not be seen from the balcony)

Towels are changed midweek and bed linen weekly. A welcome pack is provided free of charge and will include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, biscuits and a carton of orange juice. You will also be given a contact number to phone 24/7 should an emergency arise.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

At the back of the apartment there is a supermarket, a beauty salon, a gift shop, The Nautic Dive Centre (Which I can personally recommend), pubs (a good one is the Crafty Cow very friendly) and restaurants. If you leave the complex by the front it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the centre of the Old Town and on the way there are plenty of pubs and restaurants.

These apartments are not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Lanzarote has many places to visit and alot of them you can vist by bus if you dont want to drive. There is a new golf course that is due to open soon and its only 5 minutes drive away.
