About the property
This apartment is very light and roomy and features a private patio area to keep that tan topped up. Inside, there is a large twin bedded bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a separate bathroom. The kitchen and living room area are an open plan design, with a breakfast bar separating the two. The refurbished kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering holiday, and the large living room leads on to the patio.
This very quiet and spacious complex consists of 34 privately owned 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Located just 100 yards from the playa flamingo beach, it is also within easy walking distance to the local supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops. The village centre is just a 10 minute stroll away. The complex features mature gardens, plus a large swimming pool along. Perfect for those seeking peace and serenity.
For guests staying more than one week, there will be cleaning along with sheet and towel change after one week.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
