About the property
Superb modern villa on the edge of the National Park with spectacular views over the island, mountains and sea.
The villa has two wonderful sun terraces and its own private pool which is heated from December through to April. Lovely spacious rooms and uninterrupted views possibly the best on the island. Centrally situated, only a short drive from Puerto del Carmen with its lovely sandy beaches and restaurants and shops. A car is essential and will allow you to explore this wonderful and exciting island. The villa is laid out over three storeys, set into the mountainside and is quiet being in a residential area, yet being in the centre of the island gives you easy access to the South and North of the island. The villa has a beautiful designer Italian kitchen, two double beds and one twin bedded room. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests if needed.
For those of you who love golf, there is a wonderful course at Costa Tequise half an hours drive away.

A car is essential and can be arranged at no extra charge, no deposit for car rental. Parties with young children must make sure they are supervised in the pool and on the top terraces for safety. Perfect setting for a really peaceful holiday, but close enough to all tourist attractions.

About Conil, Lanzarote
Nestling in the hills behind Tias, Conil is a perfect example of the traditional Canarian village. While quiet and rural, it is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the beaches of Puerto del Carmen. The village has a supermarket, 2 local tapas bars and an international restaurant. The larger town of Tias is a few minutes drive and the main shopping centres of Carmen are just 15 minutes away. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in a tranquil setting, without being isolated.
Owner's Tips...
There are some lovely local restaurants in Tias, and a bakery. Visit the Timanfaya National Park an absolute must, El Golfo, Cactus Garden, Cueves los Verdes, and investigate the wonderful island of La Graciosa, ferry from Orzola, a wonderful day out.
