About the property

This one bedroom ground floor apartment ( 50sqm ) is set in a lovely private complex with two large pools, plus a smaller one for younger children. From the front terrace of the apartment there are lovely ocean views, from here is also the entrance to the property through patio doors.

On entering the property you arrive in the living area which comprises of large sofa which can sleep 2 people as well as a sofa chair which can sleep 1 guest , coffee table, sideboard, CD/radio player, telephone, 17" television, Sky TV and multi-regional DVD / video player. A large collection of games, books and movies are available for our guests without any charge. Each room has handmade Gebbah carpets and is furnished to a high standard.

This spacious apartment has been totally refurnished to a very high standard and comes complete with all new furniture including TV, video, kettle, toaster, hob, iron, ironing board and much more.

This apartment is by far the nicest and best positioned on the complex closest to the sea and the pool. The best of both worlds.

We have a property manager on call (24hrs) in the event of any problems on your holiday.

The apartment is on a quiet complex with 24hr security. The most striking thing about it is it's convenience to the pool (50 yards) and the amazing views of the sea (70 yards). The apartment is ground floor and on this complex is the closest to the sea, your views are totally unrestricted.

There is a supermarket on site also a pool bar serving refreshments and some wonderful restaurants only yards away offering wonderful cuisine at unbelieveable prices. For those who prefer some night life, a short 3 minute taxi ride costing £1.50 takes you to the heart of Costa Teguise and a choice of nightclubs offering dancing and happy hours that seem to last for hours and hours.

The apartment can comfortably sleep 4, however there are 2 single beds and two double sofa beds giving a total possible occupancy of 6, if a little cramped. We like to reccomend 2/3 adults and 2/3 children, and Costa Teguise has the only water park and golf course on the island less than 5 minutes drive from your accommodation.

There is a bar between the lounge and kitchen which will comfortably sit four, the kitchen is fully fitted and comes provided with oven and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and the usual plates and cups. There is a corridor to the left of the kitchen which leads to the rest of the property.

The door at the end of the corridor leads to the master bedroom with twin beds and large very spacious fitted wardrobes, the window of this room overlooks the internal terrace and the ocean. After the bedroom patio doors open from the corridor onto the internal terrace this is private and not overlooked at all. The door on the right is to the bathroom which includes double sinks, bath/shower, hairdryer, washing machine and iron / ironing board. There is a safe provided to protect personal effects.

Linen and towels as well as beach towels are provided throughout your stay. Cleaning before as well as final cleaning are included.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

We recommend that you hire a car as you will see much more of the island, although this is not essential excursions can be booked locally. Our favourite trips are Timanfaya National Park, Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua, Cesar Manrique museum, Mirador del Rio, El Golfo, Jardin de Cactus and an absolute must is Teguise market held every Sunday.
