About the property

Situated in the quiet area of Costa Teguise, Villa Eileen is only a 10 minute walk from the main beach of Las Cucharas, with its bars, shops, and restaurants.

The villa is on two levels. On the lower level is the lounge with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and stereo. A fully equipped separate kitchen, off which is a utility room and drying area. On this level ther is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has two double bed's for extra guests. There is also two bathrooms.

The pool area has a closed in dining area with built-in barbeque. The swimming pool has a water feature and under water lighting. (heated winter months unless other wise arranged)

On the upper level is the master bedroom with en-suite. and large sun terrace. There is a small sitting room, with its own TV, patio doors lead out to the balcony.

In addition to the above features, Villa Eileen has a CD-player, oven and hob, full fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and safe.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
