Accommodation description
A luxury, 3 bedroom, private villa in the all year sunshine resort of Puerto Del Carmen. Casa Poppie sleeps 6 people and is a detached villa with private & secure gardens, patios and swimming pool area.
One double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, bath, shower, wash basin, toilet. Two twin bedrooms have access to a fully equipped family bathroom. Plus a downstairs cloakroom for convenience.
An open plan entrance hall leads through to a large and comfortable lounge area, fully equiped with Satellite TV, DVD, CD/stereo/radio, movies & CDs, games, etc.
The open plan dining room area leads to smart galley kitchen and through to a separate utility room. All fully equiped with required goods to make your holiday less of a chore, fridge/freezer, oven/hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing & drying facilities, etc.
A personal safe is available for guests to use during their stay.
This villa is modern, bright and tastefully furnished throughout. Private and safe for family living.
Infant facilities such as cot, highchair, stairgates, bottle sterilizer/warmer, baby walker, are all available if requested at time of booking.
All rooms have access to balconies or patio areas.
Outdoors, private gardens surround the villa, with high walls and private parking space. Outdoor seating, lounging and dining furniture is made available for guests to use. The gardens & pool receive full sun all day, with shaded seating available if required.
A large private swimming pool (heated), with spacious bathing area, is maintained for your comfort (young unsupervised children can be kept from pool area by closing gates if required).

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...
'Arrival Packs' can be arranged if your flight arrives in late. Choice of standard or delux can be purchased when booking and will be made available ready for your arrival by my villa/house keeper in Lanzarote.
Casa Poppie is in a great location in a central area of Puerto Del Carmen. Near to all main tourist requirements. Old town/Harbour/Main Beach Front, restaurants, shops, services, etc.
A car is not essential, if you are happy to stay within Carmen area. If you want to go further afield, car hire is reasonably priced and public transport coaches/taxis are readily available.
Lanzarote Island full of things to see and do. Water Sports, La Santa sporting complex, Golf Course in Costa Teguise, plus a new top class course has been built in Pto Del Carmen.
Numerous beaches. Mountain trips, boat trips, night clubs, bars, restaurants, cafe's, shows, childrens activities, etc.
A fun packed holiday island, with Casa Poppie offering very private, modern & comfortable villa accommodation to relax in and enjoy.

“We had a wonderful holiday based at Casa Poppie. The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and excellently equipped for my two year old and seven month old- with everything covered from stair gates, to cots, high chairs, toys, even peppa pig dvds. It was great knowing we could shut the gate to the pool and know she was safe pottering about. The heated pool was great. We also enjoyed the location- far enough away to be quiet and private but near enough to walk to the beach, supermarket etc.”

“Just back from our holiday in Casa Poppie, excellant place to stay,very central,very spacious and ideal for families with young children.The weather was fab so we really got use of the private heated pool. Steve supplied everything we needed (at no extra charge) when travelling with young children, i.e cot, stair gates, highchair etc etc. Also on late arrival some refreshments were made available to us, which came in very handy- thanks Steve! I would highly recommend this place, we wanted for nothing it was like HOME to our family.
Many Many thanks to you Steve, we had a wonderful holiday and would love to go back there some day.”

“First time myself and family have rented a villa and we weren't disappointed. Right from the start Steve was very prompt and professional in arranging our stay and made sure the booking was easy and hassle-free. On arrival everything that was promised was provided, i.e cot, baby gate etc. Villa was clean, spacious and more than exceeded our expectations. From a family point of view this villa was first class as we had both a toddler and teenagers in our party and it more than accommodated their needs. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to all looking for a relaxing, carefree holiday experience and hope to be sunnying ourselves at casa poppie in the future. 5 Stars.”
