Detached villa with pool. Set in its own grounds and not overlooked this three bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is ideal for families or those seeking privacy. All bedrooms have the option of twin or double beds, 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a third walk in shower.. The villa is furnished in a modern light design offering all the confort of modern living. The master bedroom, lounge and dining room have patio windows opening onto terraces and swimming pool, this is ideal for parents who can see the pool from the lounge, dining room and bedroom.
The villa is built on one level allowing easy access to all rooms. The villa has a large laundry room with washing machine and open air drying area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The lounge has english television, video, well stocked library etc.,
Outside there is a large patio area surrounded by mature gardens and barbeque area. The swimming pool is a good size and is surrounded by artificial grass so as not to burn your feet in the sun. Around the pool there are sun beds, table and chairs. The villa is ideal for honeymooners or people who enjoy privacy on their holiday.
Casa Cobra is situated in the heart of a typical Canarian village which has local shops, restaurants, social club and childrens playground.

About Oasis de Nazaret, Lanzarote
Oasis de Nazaret is a village in the country, set on a hillside overlooking the sea & mountains. Its central position makes it ideal for exploring Lanzarote and the beaches, golf course, restaurants and the airport are only a short drive away.
The famous "Lagomar" restaurant, designed by César Manrique is a must for anyone wanting a delicious gourmet meal. The building is famous for once being owned by Omar Sharif. There is a small well-stocked supermarket in the village and a new hypermarket and bakery a few minutes drive away.
Owner's Tips...
Casa Cobra is located next door to Villa Lulu and Casa Christophe so is ideal for large families who want to be on holiday together but enjoy their own space.There are two excellent restaurants in the village also a lovely cheap child friendly social club to eat in and children's playground. The old capital Teguise which plays host to the largest Sunday market on the Island is five minutes up the road by car. The golf course is ten minutes away. There is an apartment for clients who are on late flights. Costa Teguise Golf Course is ten minutes away.
