Accommodation description
Our small complex of only 8 apartments is very convenient for the main beach, shops and restaurants and Las Palmeras III is situated in a quiet but central to everything area of Puerto Del Carmen. We offer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere around the pool, which has been newly refubished complete with installation of easy access steps. We are child and wheelchair friendly.
This apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a very comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player, satelite TV and CD/radio. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, full size electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & board. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds and two large double wardrobes (with hangers), free safety deposit box, hairdryer, and full bathroom. I can supply comfortable fold up beds for the lounge. This apartment is light, airy and secluded.
We are completely enclosed by locked security gate. There is plenty of parking on the hard standing immediately outside the entrance and on the street. You will have a small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water for your arrival. Sheets and towels are provided. If you require anything extra - just ask and I will endeavour to supply.
The new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is up and running with superb views, this brand new golf course is a must for golf lovers.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...
The Old Town for excellent food and cheaper eating out, Fundacion de Cesar Manrique (this was his house in the 60's) for me was just the bees knees, as are his other creations if you are the arty type, eg Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio, Caves, and an active Volcano! There's a lot more to do on Lanzarote than you first give it credit for.
Excellent sunny beaches all over the island, and Puerto del Carmen has many of them! Watersports are available on most beaches. You can be as relaxed or as busy as you want your holiday to be.

“Had a great time good location apartment very spacious living area very nice well kept pool , overhaul I would recommend this place for couples or couples with older children as the pool is quite deep with no real shallow end.”

“Just 8 Apartments on the complex, which is great for a chill out,recharge holiday. The apartment is well furnished, the shower is good and the terrace outside is a suntrap from noon onwards,and you have no problems getting a sunbed. Step of the terrace and you are in the pool. The complex is entered through a locked door and access is by key only, and for added security Simone provides a free safe. Great Location, turn left and head for the harbour and its excellent restaurants, turn right and it leads you to the Avenida and the beach. Enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked the apartment for a fortnight next March.”

“I have stayed in Apt 2 - Las Palmeras III 3 times now since 2005 and have loved each visit. The apartment is a great size and is clean, cool and comfortable all the though the day. The facilities are great, a full kitchen to cook if you chose and a lovely large bathroom cool. There is a great selection of DVD's and books to keep you occupied as you retreat from the hot afternoon sun or just to wind down with in the evening. The pool is brilliant with some nice news steps to relax on as you ease yourself i to the water! The area is fantastic, a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops, but set back enough so that you have blissfully peaceful nights.”
