About the property

A spacious villa with hugh enclosed sun terrace, very secure for kids with feature BBQ and heated pool.

The villa has 3 bedrooms. The upper level having master bedroom with double bed, balcony with a nice view towards the sea and a second balcony off the landing overlooking the mountains where the sunset views are delightful. A second bedroom with twin beds. There is also a shower room with toilet, bidet and vanity unit. Downstairs we have a bedroom with two beds, bathroom opposite, utility room including washing machine and deep freeze.

The modern kitchen comes with serving hatch opening into shaded dining area overlooking pool towards the sea. The large open plan lounge / dining room has views to sea, satellite TV, DVD, CD and video.

There is parking for one car although one is not need as shops, bars, restaurants and beach are no more the 10 mins walk. The villa is situated in a small cul de sac which is quiet and mainly a residential area.

Villa Bonita is fairly private and has plenty of good quality patio furniture.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
