About the property
This attractively laid out villa cleverly combines the character of a typical canarian dwelling with the advantage of the modern. The perfect villa, for those who seek quality, privacy and tranquility. The villa is situated on a peaceful hilltop overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and does not have any nearby neighbours, therefore offering unique privacy. Yet only a mere ten minute journey to superkarkets, bakery etc. makes Casa Molina an ideal holiday base.
This large villa comprises of an entrance to a hallway where a door leads to a spacious sitting room, comfortably furnished with sofa, armchair and large matching pouffe. Wooden cupboards are incorporated into typical canarian arched recesses which have hidden soft lighting, ideal for relaxing evenings. Satellite TV, DVD player and radio cassette/CD player. An archway leads to a bright dining area with table and chairs and typical built in canarian seating, with large picture window overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding large sunbathing terrace. (Both illuminated nightly.)
The spacious modern kitchen is particularly well equipped, and includes, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and all utensils for self-catering. A large pine kitchen table and chairs provide an alternative for breakfast.
The master bedroom is very spacious with comfortable new double bed and fitted wardrobes. A curtained archway leads to a further large room which can sleep an extra person. A window overlooks the pool which is illuminated at night. The master bedroom has a large luxury en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, bidet and wash basin. Wooden steps lead into the quaint second bedroom which has comfortable twin beds, fitted wardrobe and drawers. A separate second bathroom is situated nearby complete with bidet. For guests' security and peace of mind the property is equipped with a safe.
French doors lead out from the kitchen to a secluded sun terrace shaded by a pergola and overlooking a large lush and pretty garden where a patio table and chairs provide an ideal spot to breakfast or take afternoon tea. Night lighting also makes this a perfect place to unwind and take in the spectacular night views of the Atlantic Ocean, neighbouring Fuerteventura and Femes Mountains. From the kitchen terrace or the adjacent pool terrace total seclusion and privacy are assured. A small gate leads to the separate high walled pool terrace, a very pretty area with an attractive swimming pool. A further table and chairs are provided on the pool terrace which can be shaded by the lovely ornamental flowering tree, making it an ideal spot for al-fresco dining and poolside barbecues. Sun loungers and an outside shower complete the poolside facilities.
The friendly English owner Vicki, who is also a UK trained nurse lives nearby and is available to share local knowledge, give advice & recommendations if required. If hiring a car, this can be collected from the airport, or alternatively a taxi can be booked for approximately 8 euros.

A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!
