This spacious 1st floor apartment is situated in one of the best positions in the heart of the Las Coronas complex, its patio balcony bathed in sunshine from morning all the way through to the evening, overlooking the pool and with a beautiful sea view.
As one of the few apartments getting sun from morning til night it is perfect for a sunny outside breakfast/lunch or evening meals, all day private sunbathing or sunbathing in the warmth of the last rays of the day as the pool area cools off.

You can be down by the pool in seconds or you can be on the Playa Bastian beach in minutes which is accessible from the grounds. It is the perfect place to relax.

Sleeping four easily, (can get cots/highchairs for little ones at small extra cost) it has one bedroom with twin beds and safe, 1 bathroom with twin sinks, bath, excellent shower, w/c and bidet, kitchen with oven, grill, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and all utensils, open lounge and patio.

The lounge is cool and airy, a great place to relax away from the midday sun and comes with Sky TV, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, DVD/CD player and a sofabed which converts to two single beds. This opens to the private patio which is equipped with table, chairs and sunloungers.

Las Coronas complex has a large main pool, kids pool, paddling pool (no life-guards), sun terrace with loungers, pool bar serving drinks, snacks and satellite TV (showing many of the top UK football matches) and tennis courts. Supermarket, shops, restaurants and car hire are all immediately available as you exit the complex.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Costa Teguise is in an excellent place to tour the island being less than an hour from virtually anywhere. There is a huge choice of restaurants, plenty within easy walking distance with many offering a high standard of cuisine - steaks, seafood, Spanish (Tapas), French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Lebanese and even English. It is an ideal resort to keep anyone happy with so much to do for everyone.

It is close to all amenities - Playa Bastian beach is 2 minutes walk, mini-markets, restaurants, bars, taxi rank, bus stop, gym and hairdressers all within 2 minutes walk. Las Cucharas main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the seafront promenade in about 15 minutes or a 3 minute cab (2 - 3€) or bus ride.

Costa Teguise offers a number of sports including an excellent golf course, diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, boogieboarding and a waterpark. Other sports on the island and not too far away include - go karts, horseriding, surfing, big game fishing and microlight flying.
