About the property

Villa Lomalagi is a luxury villa furnished to a high standard with all your home comforts including 100% cotton linen and Egyptian cotton towels.

The accomodation comprises of one twin bedroom and a large master bedroom with high ceiling with en-suite bathroom and double door access to the terrace and pool area. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite and the villa has marble flooring throughout. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, Video and music system and has French doors that open onto the large terrace and private heated swimming pool with sun loungers. In the hall there is a library and games cupboard for your use. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker/ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility room.

The large dining area has a beautiful marble table with seating for 8-10 people. Ideal for those alfresco poolside barbecue’s and a large glass of wine!
For the little ones there is a child safety fence and gate at the end of the alfresco dining area so you wondering feet can't get to the pool.

The villa is a short walk to the sea in beautiful surroundings with mountain views which is ideal for couples and families alike.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

There is a local parade of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and more bars and restaurants can be found in Playa Blanca Village which is a 5 min drive away.
